Great choice for weekend. Location of the property, shopping area. Restaurant on site was good.
The place was reasonably priced. The hotel has FANTASTIC staff and service. When we checked in, our one-bedroom suite was ready. So close to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. An attached restaurant was an advantage.
this hotel is equal to 5 stars. unbeatable location, wonderful views, helpful staff. bar was pretty great.
The room was small.
Brilliant service and staff - friendly, efficient and effective. Great room, good size and great bathroom. Cool bar.
Room a little dark at night - missing a central light source,
The Bowery Hotel is beautiful and charming and luxurious without being overdone. The bar, with its crackling fire and velvet upholstered chairs, feels so cozy over a chilly fall weekend. Gorgeous huge bathtub in the room!
It felt more like a friends home than a hotel, I had a really lovely stay and will definitely stay again.
The style of the hotel, size of the rooms, comfort of the beds
Excelent location, attractive hotel with character, better rooms have good outlook
lack of business facilities, access to pcs , printers etc
The hotel was comfortable, cool and the staff was friendly.
Luxurious, contemporary hotel in the heart of the east village.
Pricey but worth it for a treat.
Drinks and food in room were about 50 cents to high
Very Friendly and courteous staff. Free upgrade to suite & location.
Great staff Calib at, the reception was particuLarly helpful nice and charismatic. In fact ALL THE STAFF were great. Restaurant very good Bar lots of of vibe and entertaining. Rooms clean and tidy
A bit noisy and a little small Not enough cupboard space but pros far outweigh the cons A happy happy customer
Your lobby is so welcoming and the front desk staff and a number of the porters and housekeepers were lovely. I have always liked Gemmas even when not stating with you despite the very uneven service. Yours is a hotel of great charm and idiosyncratic charm.
The service at the front door alternates between excellent and a bit nonchalant. A bit more engagement by waiters in the lobby would also be nice. The biggest issues are the noise from the Bowery at night and the lack of individual attention paid by employees to guests' habits. For example, noticing how often guests require a car service rather than taxis, or inquiring what would make a guest even happier. That is what distinguishes a great hotel from a good one. Overall we were still very happy with our stay.
friendly, helpful staff; very comfortable room; good location; excellent Italian restaurant
not enough place to store clothing -- not enough drawers and closet pace for this expensive a hotel.
